“When you worry too much, you’re putting limits on God’s generosity.”

~From Diane’s multiply

Out of all the statements on worrying that I have encountered, this one hit me the most. Oo nga naman. I claim to have faith yet I worry about how things will turn out and whether they will actually happen according to my plan. I forget that it’s actually His plan that matters, and if I just believe in Him and surrender everything to Him, I need not worry because He will give me more than I could ever ask for.

…and Wednesday means no classes (other than PE), I’ve got nothing to do but post a meme I got from Binky. :))

Reply to this post and:

1. I’ll respond with something random about you.
2. I’ll tell you what song or movie reminds me of you.
3. I’ll pick  a flavor of jello to wrestle with you in.
4. I’ll say something that only makes sense to you and me.
5. I’ll tell you my first or clearest memory of you.
6. I’ll tell you what animal you remind me of.
7. I’ll ask you something I’ve always wondered about you.

If I do this for you, you must post this on your journal.

…at least once I’m done convincing, persuading, begging my parents and groveling at their feet to let me go.  :)) But at least I’m registered and have a group na.

And… I know He will take care of me. If I’m meant to go, then I’m meant to go.

…Maybe my parents won’t be able to resist if their two girls were doing the groveling? Haha.

…asan na yung bagyo???

Hmph. Pinaasa nanaman ako. Nakakasakit ka na ha, bagyo. =))

How do you extend “Well, I didn’t really think geography involved more than maps and topography until I took this subject” into a one-page paper??? Good thing I was given the ability (or nagffeeling lang ako, sorry. :P) to spin words around and around to make people think I have a point when I really have none, LOL. But still, I’ve been writing for an hour and I’m only at 2/3. Oh well, my prof said naman that there is no minimum or maximum, as long as the content is there.

…Except, my content really can be nicely summed up in just one sentence. :(

Found this through the blog of a friend at tabulas. Super galing. Maffeel mo talaga yung song. And to think, he’s just 11! IDOOOOL!

(Harhar, after a post on social justice, I’m back to linking youtube videos and stuff.)

Yesterday/Last night UPSCA took part in the Mass (ok not really because we were late) and candlelighting at Ateneo for the Sumilao farmers. I will not get into the details because other people (such as Rob, who is working on a fundraising activity for them and who will blog about this event later today daw he says. Yak nangpressure haha) know the issue better and I might just get some facts wrong (and if I did please correct me :)). But basically, these farmers from Sumilao, Bukidnon have been robbed of land that is rightfully theirs, by rich landowners who not only used the land for their own profit but also violated laws regarding the use of the land. The farmers are now calling for the distribution of the land to them, as the proposed development of the land did not actually happen. The fight has been going on for years but still the farmers haven’t attained justice. They are now walking to Malacañang in protest and to make their voice heard.

I would write about how I cannot show my face around UPSCA anymore after tonight’s Friday Activity, but I’m too tired (and too ashamed, haha).

I swear I sing better pag hindi novelty songs, haha. Saka at least, 97 yung score ko! Wahahaha.

Also, tonight while going home I was reminded of why I never ever go home this late: SUPER WALA NANG JEEP PAUWI SAMIN! Buti naawa ata yung mga driver kaya yung isang jeep na Novaliches naman dapat ay naging NPC-NIA na for us.

Hay. If only I went home after the thing at Ateneo, I would’ve saved myself from the shame and from the hell that is waiting for a jeep at the Mindanao Ave. terminal. Haha.

EDIT: Ok lang naman pala dahil OVER-ALL CHAMPION ANG COMMITTEE KO! GO SCARB! Wahahaha.

If you want to give me a gift this Christmas, you can choose from any of the five designs I want here. Hahaha. Ang gusto ko yung…

Obviously I’m such a huge geek that I can relate to so many of these. Pero sige na friends, P160 lang naman each!

PS. Thank you to Clar for giving me another thing to spend my money on. As if I don’t have enough expenses already, what with that Bio1 convention thing, The Silent Soprano, and WYD. Plus I want to buy a CS jacket pa pala! But. These shirts! I WANT!

What happens when somebody (in this case, Kuya Aylmer) brings a wig to UPSCA?

This:

In third place, Madame President, Ate Rica.

In second place, the bringer of the wig himself, Kuya Aylmer.

And in first place, because nobody else would dare pose like this, Ate Charisse!

(If anyone has complaints regarding the winners, please direct all your concerns to Kuya JM/Joed/JKLM because he decided this, harhar.)

Wahaha. Crazy, crazy people. (Ako rin pala since I tried it on, but there are no pictures because I own the camera. Hahaha.)

More pictures later at my multiply once I finish uploading.
