~I love how when I go to Simbang Gabi I always see the star I gave to Shayne as a birthday gift. :)

~5 days down. 4 more to go. I can do this!

~I dreamt in cartoon today. Hahaha. Ang funny pa, I dreamt in Spongebob today. As in ang nakikita ko sa dream ko ay sina Squidward and Plankton, plus some lawyer character na wala naman talaga sa series. Hahahahaha. I’ve obviously been watching waaayyyy too many cartoons. :P Which reminds me, I saw this Nicktoons book in National Bookstore Trinoma the other day. BUY ME THAT PLEASE! :P

~Got this from the UPSCA egroup. I never knew that the song 12 Days of Christmas had a hidden meaning. Akala ko kalokohan lang sya haha. :P

“There is one Christmas Carol that has always baffled me.

What in the world do leaping lords, French hens, swimming swans, and
especially the partridge who won’t come out of the pear tree have to do
with Christmas?
Today, I found out.

From 1558 until 1829, Roman Catholics in England were not permitted to
practice their faith openly. Someone during that era wrote this carol as
a catechism song for young Catholics.

It has two levels of meaning: the surface meaning plus a hidden meaning
known only to members of their church. Each element in the carol has a
code word for a religious reality which the children could remember.

-The partridge in a pear tree was Jesus Christ.

-Two turtle doves were the Old and New Testaments.

-Three French hens stood for faith, hope and love.

-The four calling birds were the four gospels of Matthew, Mark, Luke &
John.

-The five golden rings recalled the Torah or Law, the first five books
of the Old Testament.

-The six geese a-laying stood for the six days of creation.

-Seven swans a-swimming represented the sevenfold gifts of the Holy
Spirit–Prophesy, Serving, Teaching, Exhortation, Contribution,
Leadership, and Mercy.

-The eight maids a-milking were the eight beatitudes.

-Nine ladies dancing were the nine fruits of the Holy Spirit–Love, Joy,
Peace, Patience, Kindness, Goodness, Faithfulness, Gentleness, and Self
Control.

-The ten lords a-leaping were the ten commandments.

-The eleven pipers piping stood for the eleven faithful disciples.

-The twelve drummers drumming symbolized the twelve points of belief in
the Apostles’ Creed.

~The lantern parade was… exhausting. LOL. I didn’t get to see Nico and the others even though they were there. :(

~ZOMG BAKASYON NA!

~Another item on my wishlist: A bag I saw in SM. It’s big enough even for my MTh classes (ang dami kasing dala pag MTh eh). It’s got lots of pockets (di tulad ng orange bag ko). It’s got a super cute design (know my doggie binder thingy? Ganun yung design.). And the best part is… P299 lang friends! So kung wala pa kayong gift sakin, yun na. :P (Or my dream planner. Or a geek shirt. Or a YFC jacket dahil hindi ko din pala ma-afford Imang haha.)

~There are days when I miss you especially badly. When I woke up today I knew this was going to be one of those days.

  5. @Shayne: Dati ko pa sya hinahanap kaso, either bobo lang ako magstargazing o talagang hindi sya kita dito pag gabi. Pero nung nagstart ang Simbang Gabi, I discovered that it’s directly above my street at 4am. So kahit antok pa ko, your star makes my early mornings a little brighter. ;)

@Imang: What’s wrong with unhooded jackets?? Well, sakin wala namang difference kung hooded or not kasi hindi ko naman ginagamit yung hood, harhar. Well kaya ko rin naman kung kaya, pero there are other things to spend my money on.

…At… Hmmm ka dyan. :P Wala, that bullet is that which only Cam knows. :P

@Clar: Wahahaha! At least ako cool, cartoons! Baka secret dream mong maging telenovela star! :P

UP-YFC jacket sya eh. Kaya lipat ka na sa UP! :P (Haha para lang sa isang jacket)
