Will the madness ever stop?

Apparently not. Ok, so this is the part where all of you say “Are you on crack or something?” because apparently, the episodes just keep on coming. (And yes, here begins the long, slow and painful –at least on my part, because it’s not easy Photoshop-ing all these pictures one by one, you know– process of posting entries I should’ve posted weeks ago.)

So. One Tuesday afternoon, because my best friend wanted a Starbucks planner, she dragged me to Starbucks (even offered to buy me a drink; she was that desperate) to force me to have a Christmas drink. But this show is about her drink, not mine, so let’s focus on that.

Randomities

I am not thinking chronologically today. Random order lang talaga. Cut because… wala lang, not really worth reading, just me trying to make sense of stuff. BABALA: Sobrang gulo nitong post na to. Good luck sa mga magpupumilit paring magbasa. Ang makakatapos ay makakatanggap ng… masigabong palakpakan, haha. :P

Finally…

…I attended a YFC household meeting in UP, with some YFC Pisay pa so yay  :). I couldn’t stay long because I had to fetch my sister pa from Pisay, but I stayed long enough to hear the Bible passage for the activity. Guess what it was: the passage on worrying, Matthew 6:25-34.

“Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink; or about your body, what you will wear. Is not life more important than food, and the body more important than clothes? Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they? Who of you by worrying can add a single hour to his life? 

“And why do you worry about clothes? See how the lilies of the field grow. They do not labor or spin. Yet I tell you that not even Solomon in all his splendor was dressed like one of these. If that is how God clothes the grass of the field, which is here today and tomorrow is thrown into the fire, will he not much more clothe you, O you of little faith? So do not worry, saying, ‘What shall we eat?’ or ‘What shall we drink?’ or ‘What shall we wear?’ For the pagans run after all these things, and your heavenly Father knows that you need them. But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.

I reflected during the journey to Pisay since I couldn’t join the sharing/activity/whatever. Grabe, it’s a sign that I really should stop worrying. Problem is, I’ve long been trying to determine what it is that I should stop worrying about. But I think I have finally discerned the answer. I really should stop worrying about that. When it becomes a real problem, dun na lang ako magwworry.

…nakalagpas din sa nosebleed na linked list na yan, and we’re back to OOP. Familiar ground. May I never leave it again, haha.

…nakavisit sa Ateneo after that first time nung June. Was late because… I was at Starbucks, haha. Cam wanted to take advantage of the double-sticker promo eh.

…tumama rin yung boardwork ko sa Math53, at medyo gets ko na, so hopefully ok naman ang resulta ng exam bukas. (Pano aayos ang resulta kung pa-blog-blog pa ko diba, haha) Pero sana lang please wag na masyado masungit ang instructress ko, panira ng umaga eh.

…nakuha ko na ang kris kringle gift ko sa UPSCA! Di ko akalaing meron! Hahahaha. Umalis kasi ako ng maaga nung bigayan eh (so wala din akong nabunot, haha. So bahala na kayo kung kanino mapupunta ang something wrong ko sa Friday (wala rin ako nun, musta naman)). Oreo, love it!

…nakita ko ulit si Lou after 10 million years! She visited UPD kanina, at naki-epal pa sa household, haha. Grabe, namiss kita Lou! (yak parang mababasa mo to eh) Lipat na kasi! (Ay, speaking of Lou, itetext ko pala sya dapat ngayon, haha.)

PS. Yikee sino kaya may birthday in about 5 minutes? :P
